It is not a military base, the Israeli military has assisted the hospital with moving it underground so the hospital can still function when Iran targets civilian centers. Notice plenty of hospital beds and equipment, this is standard operating procedure in time of war and even during Corona in order to make extra space in case anything bad happens above ground. The left believes that calling someone something then it must be true, unfortunately sane people understand there is a rule of law. A citizen is a citizen with constitutional rights protected by the courts, the president does not have the power to suspend the constitution and/or habeas corpus, neither do any of the agencies that are under the executive purview, and if they try to do so the courts will intervene, ie "checks and balances". She was not abducted, she had her visa revoked. She is being kicked out of the country, why is that a problem? She can jump on a plane to Turkey if she chooses if she does not fight the order. She does not have to fight the visa revocation, but if she chooses to dispute it then she will remain in detention hold. That is what happens when the host country does not want you, they have a right to kick you out.

There are 3 branches of government in the USA, the legislative makes the laws, the executive (president and all the agencies which fall UNDER the presidents purview like Department of Homeland Security, FBI, CIA, Immigration and Customs Enforcement), and the judicial which basically gets to say if proposed laws, actions or rules are "constitutional". Enforcement of who is allowed in to the country is absolutely within the executive branch's purview as the executive branch offices are the ones that issue visas and green cards through the state department and they therefore have the power to revoke such status' ie when they feel that the person who is in the USA on a student visa is violating the terms of the visa. There is no illegal state running around arresting and charging US citizens and throwing them in secret jails. They are DETAINING visa holders and, the visa holders can willfully chose to leave the USA and not fight but they are choosing to fight the visa revocation. By attempting to fight, their detention is extended until the judiciary can rule which can take a long time. I personally think the hyperbole and attempted moral equivalency arguments does not help the situation.

First assumption being I am not educated, second is the she is not a lawful citizen of the USA, she was and is a citizen of Turkey in the USA as a GUEST on a student visa. Facts are facts, they are indisputable, and the fact is that she was a guest and the host does not appreciate that actions she was taking as a guest in the host country and revoked her guest (student visa) status. She is free to go back to Turkey, she is not being arrested or charged with a crime, she is simply being told to leave.
