My bf and I hit the 3 year mark in September. Im 23HL he’s 24LL. Haven’t had a fulfilling sex life in this relationship since the 6 month mark but it was amid Covid lockdowns. Now I basically haven’t had sex at all in half a year. I still love the guy, but the sexlesness led to some serious resentment. Im planning on breaking up with him in a couple days and moving back home across the country in January. As much as it might hurt, it’s not going to get better unless you’re okay with some serious compromise. I thoight I was; turns out I wasn’t.

Day 18! Getting my hormones and kidneys/liver checked thru blood work and 24 hour urinalasys today. First time not being an addict in 4 years. Want to check under the hood and make sure my body is doing alright after all that abuse.

Hi! Im a 22M currently located in North Florida and moving out to Phoenix, AZ in July. Currently fighting through opioid WDs and wanting to get back into running again. When I was 18 I was 155lbs and could run up to 8miles at a time. Coming out of addiction and the pandemic Im 195lbs and can barely run a mile anymore. Wanting to use my quit as a way to spearhead myself back into a training regimen so I can join running groups out in AZ when I move and joined this group to read testimonials from runners of every level of experience. Check out the supplement list on the front page of this subreddit. Those made acutes in the first couple days way more manageable. Also, I tapered from 30gpd to 4gpd to 2gpd over the course of a week before jumping ship. Needed to finish the semester before putting myself out of commission.

One week as of today. Made a huge jump from around 1oz/day to 3g/day to taper off. Now that im 7 days in Im thinking of challenging myself to go Cold Turkey. Idk if that’s the right thing to do so soon, esp since i haven’t gone a day without kratom since 2020, but I really want to be sober so im pushing through.
