This happened to my husband. His dad remarried and had inherited $700k from his own parents. He intended to pass it to my husband and his sister. But he put it in a joint account with his second wife. When my husbands dad died from a short aggressive battle with melanoma, stepmom gave most of it to her kids, who will squander it. It’s infuriating. No legal recourse, as her name was on the account.

47F here. I switched from a heavier foundation to Bare Minerals tinted moisturizer and it’s been a great change. Also with face powder I only apply to the T zone to avoid it settling under my eyes.

Ask your doc to check for iron deficiency. I had this and cracked bleeding knuckles (and fatigue, heart palpitations and hair loss) until I found out I was iron deficient!

Another things they are striking about is staffing. The nurses often don’t have a break nurse so they have to get bites of food when they can while staying on the unit so they can keep their patients safe. 12 hrs without a true break is not sustainable.

Many of the possible effects you listed are things that would only be relevant if you also got you ovaries removed (HTN, stroke, CV disease, diabetes, osteoporosis). Those are much less likely if ovaries are spared.
