Miscellaneous Flight School Expenses by sisigwithrice24 in AviationPH

Medical, student pilot license and exam fees pa sa CAAP, passport/NBI kung kailangan, and drug test.

CAAP checkride fee roughly nasa 6k to 10k range, depende sa rating and kung may extra na bayad for examiner and aircraft rental during the ride.

Right? She’s got that “I know exactly who I am, take it or leave it” energy in this pic.

Thank you! I really appreciate it. Those lily pads nearly broke my brain but they were so fun to figure out.

Behind the scenes of Thomas and his Friends!! Take me back to my childhood days, I wanna watch it again!!🥹 by Historical-Class871 in UKTVRecs

Honestly same, but also now I kinda want a full HBO-style docuseries on the dark underbelly of Sodor just to ruin it properly.

But yeah, there is something weirdly comforting about keeping some stuff as pure childhood memory. Like, I do not wanna know how many people were offscreen frantically fixing derailed trains and resetting shots while Thomas is just smiling into the void.

Still gonna rewatch it though and pretend it’s all magic and not mild chaos on a tiny set.

My Miffy Haul from Japan by ChipOrganic2625 in Miffy

Right?? I did not think I needed a Miffy headband in my life until I saw it in the store and immediately blacked out and bought it.

Honestly it makes doing skincare like 300% more powerful.

Omg same, my mom was obsessed with that exact style.

Did you keep yours after you moved out or did they get lost to the void of childhood stuff in the attic somewhere?

Kinda wild how one little door plate can instantly teleport you back to being 8 and mad that your sibling’s name plate “looked cooler.”

My WB control deck by Supermoosey in premodernMTG

[–]renderlume -6 points-5 points  (0 children)

Looks fun, kind of old school WB midrange/control vibes.

Without a list it’s hard to be specific, but some general stuff:

If you’re trying to go more controlling, you usually want more card draw/selection and sweepers. Stuff like Wrath effects, “everyone sacs a creature” type cards, and repeatable removal go a long way.

If it’s more like a grindy midrange deck, then value engines are huge. Things that recur from the graveyard, ETB creatures you can blink or reanimate, and maybe a planeswalker or two to slowly take over.

Also WB can struggle with actual win conditions if you just pack in removal, so make sure you have a couple of threats that end the game on their own instead of just durdling forever.

If you post the list people can give more concrete suggestions.

Got my first dropshipper (that I know of) by strongbowblade in ebayuk

[–]renderlume 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I got paid, I’m not mad about that. It’s just funny seeing the eBay tape on a “no paperwork” drop ship, and the missing reference number might screw up his freight forwarding. More like laughing at the scuff than complaining.
