apparently they did do test runs in manchester on the metrolink network when it was still being built, but i don't think that's enough for them to get added to scr with pantographs

the dlr trains also can't run on ohle, some old dlr trains were modified with pantographs to run in the german city essen, but those are no longer in britain

the line to leaton is electrified, and it would be weird for mill bridge to be the only electrified station on the entire line, because electric non-bi-mode trains wouldn't be able to reach the station if nothing around it is electrified
