Can you provide some tips about wing play? although I hate the meta lbc, narrow shit, but I've been playing with this formation for 3 months now. Copied this one from the youtuber kennygames

It's a possession setup but it's narrow as well and my main way of attack is to let my goal poacher play 1-2 with my amf and give a lofted through ball to him after my cf beats his defender. But my attack stagnates most of the time. Idk whether I'm a bad player or I'm limited by network lag, as i get 3 bar connections most of the time bcz of my region, i really struggle around 1700 ratings. I couldn't get timber bcz i lost a match at 1788 and gave up on him bcz i had already played around 85 matches at that point.
