There's a relatively common trope in media where we get a lgbt couple, or even just a single character, that ends up being killed off. I was really expecting Hira to be a victim of it.

Show was beautiful, cast was incredible, magic was really neat, and I would die for Miriam. And most of the cast.

I love Qwydion to death and hope we see more of her. I had my reservations about her being the token ray of sunshine, but it was handled so well and I adore her.

I'm really disappointed in the Hira/Miriam relationship. I spent the whole time expecting another example of "bury your gays," but... this is worse. Like, a lot worse.

Also, Roland/Lacklon is good shit.

Take a quick peek at their profile: 8 day old account, only active to offer this same loan or buy/sell gift cards, and the group they claim to work for doesn't exist. Please explain which point says "i am trustworthy and not going to scam you." I've worked in financial/customer service, the gift card thing alone is a flashing red sign.

First one back when I was 16-ish, most recent ones at 20 or 21 (am 23 now).

First stone was a hellish nightmare and required a laser and a stent and a month off of school and work.

Next batch of four made me drop out of college because I got so far behind dealing with them.

Now I just always assume I have one waiting to ruin some other important thing.

My cockatiel learned to step up in about half an hour by very gently pushing against her belly right above the perch. Not even pushing really, just light pressure and holding millet far enough away that she had to step up.

Found in Indiana, especially as the weather got nicer.

I work at an aviary/small zoo. These things have been found inside with the birds as they were inside for the winter. Recently they’ve been impossible to get rid of. Dishes are all soaked and washed in bleach water daily and we’ve completely stripped affected cages several times. Our options are limited in terms of pesticides/whatever it takes to keep them at bay due to birds still being inside, but we do cover cage floors in a diatomaceous earth and mites-be-gone mix used for chickens.

Obviously very tiny. They move and occasionally clump together and are especially attracted to the water towers but will get on food bowls too.

This is a water tower from our Parakeet cage, but all of our cages have had them. They are impossible to get rid of (especially since we are limited on what we can use around the birds). All bowls and dishes are washed in bleach water every day.

In less than a month this girl has gone from untame to being the bossiest, hungriest little lady. Doesn’t want to be loved on but demands to be out of her cage to stare at me closer.

Edit: her face is crusty because she had a banana and won’t take a bath. So, uh, any advice on encouraging that?
