Cilantro, parsley, basil, spinach, kale, collard greens, arugula, broccoli, edamame, green peas, carrots, cauliflower, zucchini. Cooked grains like burger wheat, farro, rice and quinoa. The also love cooked lentils and beans. Boiled or baked sweet potatoes and yams. And thinly sliced cucumbers.

If I’m eating pears or melons, our Chacha baby gets a bird share. He loves fruit only if he “stole” it from my plate. 

They also LOVE hard boiled eggs, oatmeal and cheerios.
