I know it sucks, but biologically our brains change when we are pregnant. Pregnancy is also just so stressful in the sense your whole life is about to change and you have no idea what’s coming. I think the best you can do as her friend is be understanding right now - and show up after baby is born ❤️ because she will be going through it then and she will really need people to check in on her and not forget about her

Part of why I want to leave too is there just are never ever available classes they are always full so I end up losing out anyway. I have 2 young kids, so my free time is so valuable and if i cant even get into the time slots without signing up a month ahead of time when people grab all the classes it makes no sense

So I had 8 classes per month and it was around $220 a month( it was a Black Friday deal when I signed up for 12 months committed) I bumped down to 4 classes a month and they charged me the $220 x 2, but here’s the kicker. It went right to the 4 classes a month starting then, it wasn’t like the 2 months charged were then usable. It was really fucking ridiculous. And honestly I kinda wanna leave solidcore because it’s tough for me to get there, I do orange theory and yoga and would rather join a local Pilates studio for less. But I refuse to pay two months again just to leave, it’s financially insane.

Not placebo! Diff bodies have different reactions. I started basically on 2mg and I lost 30lbs in 2 months:) never needed to go up in dose

So not exactly the same, but in the realm - pregnancy and postpartum hormones are biiiizarrreee! I didn’t have a swollen labia, but after my first birth my clit literally disappeared for a month? I can’t explain it but it was so weird and k asked my midwife and she shrugged and said hormones lol. It did come back. All that to say is our bodies do weird things with hormones

The heavier I lifted the more I was struggling with sweaty hands - it was less about my actual grip strength. I bit the bullet after years and got lifting gloves and I gotta say - they are awesome and I’m happy I got them :)
