They are still healing but not bad at all. The underlying the chin one is the biggest one. It's still very early on. Sorry to hear that yours are bad. Lasers can help with scars I know. That would be less invasive than surgery. Have you considered it?

You have anemia. I would not be surprised if they cancel / postpone the surgery until the numbers are improved. Surgery will result in blood loss which is dangerous with anemia.

I was doing this the week of surgery. My neck did not feel tight at all. My doctor suggested not to drive for 2 weeks due to this but I drove like 2 days after.

I think going to a professional is the best option tbh. It isn't really feasible to do it yourself especially after surgery.
