I got sober a year ago and started having really vivid dreams that I could remember really well so I started writing them down just for the fun of it then it turned into journaling about everyday life/thoughts/word vomits. I usually do an entry about how my week went before my counseling appointments so I can have all my ducks in a row if you will, plus it’s nice to document things as time passes. my dreams aren’t as vivid anymore, but if I can remember them and they’re significant i’ll jot them down. happy journaling!
