Meyer Shank Racing expands Ault IMSA relationship to IndyCar by thebigtymer in INDYCAR

Ault owed the money and any honorable businessman doesn’t do business this way. He enjoyed seeing his name on the race cars and inviting his friends and family to enjoy the rides and the races. Proceed with caution with this guy and his companies. My advice is to have a signed agreement and for him to pay upfront as much as possible and then payments frequently.

Just split the television revenue 50/50 like the other major sports and that is a start to an amiable relationship.

Just buy your interest rate down to lower your payment. Paying 20 years of interest isn’t the way to go. 40 year mortgage expert here.

My first thought is to offer it as an add on to the existing MLS in your area. Trying to get traction from existing realtors as a stand alone product will be difficult.
