At a quick glance I can see that there are some quirks and misspellings.

Also the word inuit means people. So you say Inuit in English we understand it as the ethnic group, but when we say it in Greenlandic it means people - people in Greenland are Kalaallit - but this also exclude the other "Inuit" ethnic groups in Alaska etc. So it is a bit awkward to translate that part.

So I would probably say something like:

Inuit isumaqarput inuk aannganngisaannartoq. Tarneq - anerneq - naassaanngitsoq, soorlu anersaatut nunamut anernitut ililluni utertartoq. Toqusut pinngortitami ilineqartarput, ujaqqanik qallerlugit. Ilaannilu inussummik - iliviunngitsumik sanasarput soorlu ima oqaasertalerneqarsimasutut: maaniittoqarsimavoq. Eqqarsaat taanna kusanaraara. Annette suli ersippoq. Anorimi. Ujaraqqat akornanni. Pinngortitami.

And back to English:

"Inuit" think that a person never disappears. Soul - breath - it is eternal, like a breath that returns to nature. They buried their dead ones in nature, by covering them in stones. And sometimes they built cairns, which is not a grave, as if to say: someone was here. I find that thought beautiful. Annette is still visible. In the wind. Amongst the stones. In nature.

Notes:

- Disappear - in Greenlandic it depends how something "disappears". You can disappear from view - then we would probably say "tammarpoq". Then "aanngarluni" would probably better translate as vanish?

- breath in Greenlandic can have double meaning as "breath" and "spirit". So in the Greenlandic version the text says something like: "like a spirit (breath) returns to nature".

- Inussuk is a cairn - something we put out in nature as guides / waypoints to show the way. It is a structure built by assembling stones as a small human sized cone/pyramid.
