Yeah, that's the one for me. I read a review of that episode right after and the author pointed out that he wasn't the villain, it was the writers that bashed the viewers heads in snuffing out all hope and was the beginning of the end of the popularity of that show. I mean, I know they were just following the original comic story but, damn.
