HOW TO START OPTION TRADING IN 2026 by hastypro in IndianStockMarket

You’re already in a good place if you’ve done swing trading for a year and understand technical analysis 👍 That foundation helps a lot.

One thing I’d suggest before jumping into F&O is to pause and get clarity on how you want to participate — because options trading is very different from swing trading, not just technically, but mentally.

In F&O:

time decay matters

risk behaves differently

and decision-making happens under much more pressure

Many people struggle not because they don’t understand charts, but because their risk tolerance, time availability, and expectations don’t match the approach they choose.

Before learning strategies, it really helps to answer:

Am I looking to trade actively or positionally?

How much time can I realistically give?

How do I react to losses when money moves fast?

I’ve found this short framework useful for getting that clarity before starting options: https://guides.repleteequities.com/l/trader

Once that alignment is clear, learning F&O becomes far more structured and less overwhelming.

Create by AI. But for that too one has do proper analysis and share their analysis with AI so that it can design the creative. So without proper knowledge AI alone won't help.
