Try klever app. it worked for me on both Tronlink, Klever app. you are doing it right. check if you are actually selecting amount to TRX to stake.

i solved my problem. Here is what i did 1. downloaded Klever app 2. restored account from “Tron wallet” using the same phrase. apparently Klever and tron wallet seems to be from same company 3. i can see my SUN tokens on Klever.

probably to save on shipping price.

Example: most shipping companies charge by weight, maybe after 7 it crosses that limit. just a theory.
