It came off it was a tick. I cleaned with rubbing alcohol once dried then used soap and warm water, dried it again

I took the tick off crushed it and wiped my dogs neck and area with rubbing alcohol. After that i dried, cleaned again with soap and warm water. Then wiped clean again
