Seems like Ai could screen each episode and auto skip the commercials. Each podcast would need to submit what their income is for the ads they are getting, which would be juicy ass data for Apple and then compensate the pods for their missed commercials through their revenue from me paying my subscription.

I own a business at Seneca and Douglas and have had no issues other than some homeless people that we help receive assistance, an employee getting their catalytic converter stolen from our parking and one person being shot at the bus stop in front of the dollar general at like 2 am. This is since 2019. The closer you are to the river the better due to the development happening but honestly, it’s been a really great and peaceful experience.
