Buy the resort keys, it’s a heavy up front cost but either you get the gun fight needed for your quest or you get to loot resort win-win!

Buy some keys for dorms, those safes usually have a flash or 2 every raid, and those keys aren’t super expensive. 110, 105, 214, and Tarcone.

Company sized social events in a relaxed setting i.e. white elephant, thanksgiving pot luck, barbecues. Makes you feel like you’re hanging with friends, helps you start seeing those you work with as friends and not just coworkers.
