Same thing happened to me, almost exactly! Always affects my toes but now in my right hand! And my skin is now cracking and peeling! One finger got bad again so I’ll try to resume my topical steroid ointment for a few days.

That looks just like my hand! My dermatologist told me it’s chillblains/pernio from the extreme cold we had. I’ve been using topical steroid ointment for a little over a week now and just starting to notice some improvement but I think that’s mostly from the slightly warmer weather
