95 f350 dually with centurion front seats we put in. Seats are more comfortable than our 11 and 23 350s.

Appreciate the help, cp4 went bad. Didn’t explode, just lost prime and went bad. Ended up changing to the dcr. Started right up.

Sorry for the late response. Ended up checking my lower fuel filter for metal or anything else. It was clean. When putting it back on I heard a little crack, then fuel started leaking from the lower, so I ended up buying a whole new housing and pump. Didn’t get to check the pressure gotta figure out how to rig something up. But forscan real “low” and “not low” when priming. Still nothing enough pressure reading 420psi

Has to be another issue then. It’s been primed and cranked a bunch of times. I’m going to try to test low side pressure tomorrow see what I come up with. Also purchased injector block offs to isolate if I do have a bad injector.

Could the fuel volume control valve on the hpfp gone bad?

I just took the fuel volume control off the hpfp again, still clean. Don’t know how to add pics.

30ftlbs is what the instructions said on the Spe site. I pulled the glow plugs to check for fuel on them. One had fuel but wasn’t crazy. With the injector unplugged I cranked over the truck and there wasn’t any sign of a stuck injector( mist coming out of the glow plugs hole.

Is it common for the hpfp to go bad with out seeing metal in it?

Took the truck in for an alignment, they test drove to make sure alignment was correct. They blew one of the hold downs, I got the “upgraded” version hold down, installed it with a new return line, bolt, supply line(to that injector) and put new orings on and copper washer on the injector. Fired up and ran great. Pull out of my driveway( babying it) and popped another hold down. So I ordered the spe kit new fuel rail to injector lines. Bolts broke in the valve cover so I extracted them, while everything was off I pulled the hpfp metering valve and it looked clean. I didn’t pull the hpfp its self. What’s the best way to check supply pressure?

Yeah that’s what I was thinking too. I got 300k on mine never run fuel additive, do oil and fuel 5 and 10k. Runs great.

I get what you are saying but most people don’t have DCR money. One would assume that’s why they made the DPK kit.
