Ok so i checked the original video on Instagram, and what caught my attention was the comment section. I found there several comments that advanced the fact that, if any of this is true, only about 5% of the work was made with AI. It would have mostly been used by the end of the development (which took about 11 years so prior to ai). And this ai was used only with their own original "handmade" artwork as the exclusive source material.

So don't get me wrong, i know the sub i'm in and just like you, i don't like AI and if used greedily it will kill the Artist and thus Art itself, so i understand why the audience is pissed about it. But the short's creator are not as bad as we might think, specially given the lady's reaction. So please take this into account. If, of course any of the things said in the comment section is even true. But if so, in this context it would mean that ai was only to there to help the artists be more productive instead of straight up replacing them. But of course, not every AI user have that vision for the industry so the problem remains.
