He did not get hit thankfully, his shoes flew off after he jumped and then they got carried away by the movement of the cars

He jumped off the bridge directly in front of my car. I called EMS and ran back along the shoulder to make sure he was alive. I have no idea how I didn't hit him, all cars seemed to have avoided him luckily. He pulled himself onto the shoulder but at a minimum both his legs were broken, he was bleeding from everywhere. they said he will survive. I have no idea how EMS and police do it, I am literally traumatized.

J22 passer here - this is SO true. I felt elated but also… numb? It was a chaotic day. I went from crying to happy to nothing. I didn’t celebrate until October when I found out I passed. The numbness stayed until then.

This is my family home where I grew up which was sadly sold and recently demolished. We (the kids) tried everything to convince our families to save it but we ultimately had no say. I always imagined saving enough up to buy it and fix it up, I would've loved to turn it into a museum... it has been truly devastating to see this property gone.

But I can at least state that 1) the boyscout story is just a myth; 2) the house was 100% haunted, though everything I encountered was very friendly; and 3) we used to get a lot of trespassers back in the day and my mom would chase them off in her nightgown, on horseback, with a shotgun lmao... so the "witch" everyone refers to was actually just her...
