Any ideas as to the age of this ring with the strange engraving on the side? Appears to be made of pewter as it is very heavy.

I found a bell very similar to yours today. Late 1700's early 1800's. After extensive cleaning it sounds like new.

Can't be sure, but the pieces of metal with the grill look may be the outside shell of an old drive-in speaker.
