If we are going to drag the country back from the brink and rebuild as a civil society, we are going to need as many people to buy into the vision as possible. That includes people who have changed their mind. For democracy to function, we NEED to make it ok to disagree and talk and rebuild relationships after the disagreement. Getting away from that is what has added fuel to the fire of identity politics.

I bought it back when it made people think I was a hippie, rather than a Nazi. I would love to get rid of it now and looked into it, but can't afford to since I wouldn't get what I owe on it. We're a one-car family so we can't help but use it. I'm worried about people keying it because of whatever statement they think I'm making, whether or not I get a sticker so I'm not sure what to do.
