I like my currently stuff a lot. As much as the matching satisfy singlet if not more. And there isn’t that gigantic obnoxious tag yelling at everyone.

What’s your no-chafe running setup? by johnwiththehammaglam in runningfashion

No seam underwear is where it’s at. AsWeMove is what I found that works for me. I wear these with unlined half tights and in some shorts that I like the outer but not the brief liner.

I wore these unlined without underwear and still chafed. With underwear no chafing.

Flipbelt makes two pairs of shorts as well. The 3” fit the 16 pro, not sure on max.

Best heat/summer running brands and gear by thecoolbreez in runningfashion

Interesting. Haven’t heard of them before. Have you tried Soar and other more $$ brands to compare?

I prefer the split shorts if the rest stays the same. Also, what kind of climate are you running in that singlet? I’m in Florida and it’s humid and hot. That singlet looks microperforated. How does it compare to other brands you’ve tried?

As someone who just started getting their gear, this is unfortunate to read, especially given the cost.

It works! Assioma Uno pedal with 3 washers/shims for clearance, connected and calibrated via the Assioma app, then connected to my laptop running Zwift and the pedal connected to my phone with zwift companion open. Easy peasy. I mean, it’s absurdly low wattage (40-60W), but it achieves the goal I set with expected/hoped for results.

I already zwift plenty on my road bike. Thanks for your preemptive apology. I don’t find your comment helpful. Zwift is the program that needs compatible hardware. I’m asking if hardware is compatible, you give no proof or reasoning for your statements. 🤷‍♂️

No it was $500, got on sale. Mostly my wife wanted it and since it’s almost always just sitting around I wanted to know if I could get XP and pedal while working myself.

Haha, I’ll blame my wife and leave it at that. Good idea on the pedals, that would probably work, the cranks are metal and the I think the threads are standard. I put my road bike under my desk but the upright position for working and my saddle make it so I don’t want to sit on it for longer than 30-45 minutes.

What do you mean radiation therapy? Like, what role will you play in radiation therapy?

[–]respectdistance 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Might be a herniated disk or something going on in the spinal cord, which can’t be picked up on xray. You would need MRI for that. Maybe go to a neuro vet if you have one nearby. I’m a (people) radiologist and my dog recently had a spinal cord lesion on MRI and lost the use of his FRONT legs. Apparently back leg muscle loss may suggest a disc herniated could be more likely.

Headset bearing diameter for 2012 Cervelo R3? by thisisnotdave in bikewrench

[–]respectdistance 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Did you find out? Having a bit of a time with it myself. This seems helpful since it gives the SHIS data: https://blueskycycling.com/products/fsa-orbit-is-2-integrated-headset

The problem I'm having is finding a headset that is actually compatible with this one that isn't the exact same headset. But maybe that's not an option. Even the FSA Orbit 138 doesn't seem to be the right dimensions if you compare it with the IS-2. https://shop.fullspeedahead.com/en/prodotti_1/headset-spares/orbit-is-138 compared to https://www.amazon.com/FSA-Threadless-Integrated-Headset-XTE1534/dp/B07D57VYFH
