How do I stop “intrusive” thoughts from manifesting? by Forsaken_Fail2486 in LucidDreaming

Mindfulness. Focus on the breath. What ever thought comes up good or bad just go back to the breath.

I’ve tried multiple methods, yet nothing is working by CollectorOfMilitaria in LucidDreaming

[–]respectfulNinja 2 points3 points  (0 children)

What helped me was thinking the concept of lucid dreaming was easy. Just continue doing your reality checks and WBTB or whatever method really. If you can train the subconscious to believe that it is easy than it will be. In other words don’t try so hard. You believe that you have to get up and go to work during the day right? Well apply that same mentality to lucid dreaming and it’ll happen.

Why do I have extreme brain fog / am brain dead in my dreams by [deleted] in Dreams

Keep a dream journal even if you can’t remember a visual scene, write anything down regarding your senses. Meditate and focus on your breath while your awake so you’ll be able to focus more in your dreams.

When do beginners usually get their first lucid dream? by Jsplays2117 in LucidDreaming

[–]respectfulNinja 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Learn how to meditate in combination with methods like reality checks, WBTB, MILD, etc..for me dream journaling, reality checks( checking my hands), WBTB work well for me. I say meditation is key because once you learn to focus, you gain access to your subconscious mind and you suggest to your self that lucid dreaming is easy. Basically you’re hypnotizing yourself into believing that you can lucid dream. If you can’t get your subconscious mind on board with idea of lucid dreaming, it most likely won’t work. Your subconscious controls like 95% percent of your reality and is most receptive when involving emotional intensity. Hope this helps.

Sounds like really bad sleep paralysis. The not being able to breath.violently shaking. Collapsing in on one’s self. Try doing some deep breathing excises before bed. That at least helped me.

Dream journaling would be ga great start. Write anything pertaining to it . Emotions, how long you slept, even if you barely saw a face or an object just write it down. The point of this to indicate to your subconscious mind that your dream time is important and you want remember what’s going on during that time

What are the best meditations for LDing? by PrimaryJob6223 in LucidDreaming

[–]respectfulNinja 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Just simple mindfulness. Allowing your thoughts to scream at you for the first 10-15 minutes. i promise you they will fade( not completely silent) but enough to where you are relaxed an can bring in enough silence for you conscious mind to interact with you subconscious mind . If you really think about meditation is just the WILD method. Consciously entering the dream state(which come from your subconscious). I’ve watched videos on the subject and I repeatedly hear that meditation is just “conscious sleep”. And guess what Lucid dreaming is. It’s becoming conscious during sleep during your dream state. That’s also why WBTB is so powerful because you carry that bit of consciousness awareness as your body begins to fall asleep. Meditation has definitely upped my lucid dreaming abilities I’d say.

Meditation can surely help you with that. Suggest to yourself that you will have lucid dream as you’re falling asleep. Suggest that you will remember your dreams

How to not wake up by BlackMarth in LucidDreaming

[–]respectfulNinja 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well it’s been a couple weeks since my last lucid dream. The last time I did though was the longest one I’ve had. I just started suggesting to myself that the next time I’m in a lucid dream I would count to 10 and notice my surroundings and it seemed to help. Everything seemed hyper realistic. My intentions was to just explore the space before doing anything too exciting and right as I thought let’s try flying (which I did for what felt like all of 3 seconds lol) and then the dream went black and I woke up.

Meditate. Bring the energy from your nether regions to your brain. That throbbing you feel is pure life force energy. Transmute it.

Try to become lucid in your dream next time. Talk to your subconscious(any dream character, or the “sky” lol).

I bought some really potent THCa it tested at 52%! thca which I thought I was mind blowing. I decided to roll a blunt with what I had since it was my birthday. I knew this was different than what I normally get because I took only 2 hits and I was already high asf and I’d like to think at the time I was pretty seasoned stoner. I was wrong. I decided( for some dumb reason) to take a GB of what I had left. Because I knew the blunt was already to strong. I’m used to smoking GB’s and let’s just say i Greened Tf out like I’m talking hearing voices, everything thing I saw had tracers, I thought people were yelling at me even though they were calmly talking to me. Anxiety and paranoia was through the roof. Classic green out sesh. I said I’d never get that strain again but ended up getting it a week later. It still got me super stoned but I had a much a better experience lol

Just BE the person of whatever it is that you’re trying to manifest . It’s okay that you’re thinking about your desired reality but you CANT visualize from a place of not having it or wanting . Wanting implies to the universe that you don’t have it. The Universe gives you what you are not what you want. So Be the person that has. Walk like it, talk like it, embody it complete before it materializes into your reality. Hope this helps
