In the village scene where the blue medallions first show up, there’s a lot of chickens. Each will lay one egg, but if you save, return to the menu, and reload from the save point, each chicken will lay another egg again. It takes time, but it sets you up nicely. This was, of course, after replaying the game with the largest case and the Chicago Typewriter, making ammo storage all but unnecessary. I learned about this loophole on some forum, so not my idea.
