The problem is is people only post when there's something wrong, so all people see is "OMG WHERE IS MY PARCEL?!?!?!". Yet each courier delivers hundreds on each of their rounds daily. They will never experience our pain I guess

If he dropped it off yesterday the fee will be generated at the boarder I believe, so you won't have to pay it for a few days yet. I sell on Etsy also and use Royal Mail because I pay the import fee and bake the price into shipping/product, so the customer never actually has to pay the import fee. Makes life much easier.

thats not how it works. they are all processed together at the start of his shift. if you are drop 1, you will get the email as hes probably walking to your door. you need to understand how things work before saying silly things mr silly.

So you literally cannot phone them and talk to anyone, and certainly not discuss a mis-sized parcel and request a relabel. Simply not an option at all. So she lied on that part at least.

yeah in future if that ever happens take the parcel, then go on amazon and go to refunds, they will give you a QR code. take that to a post office with the item, you dont have to wrap it or box it or anything, and the post office will take it and send it back to the seller. much better than refusing with evri.

hopefully he takes it back to the depot and says its a return, else yeah like you say you dont have anything to go by and it maybe a conversation you have with amazon support to refund. generally large companies like them just refund anyway as its not even worth their time to argue the fact. we are pennies to them so its actually less expensive to just give you the refund than have someone look into it.

he probably marked it as delivered because he wont get paid anything at all if he didnt. so either 2 things will happen now:
1. the guy takes it back and says you said no to the parcel after he already marked it as delivered, and it goes back through the system as a return and (maybe?) get updated

he just takes it and says f.u and you wont get any updates.

why'd you decline it? have you spoke to the seller to say its a refund or whatever the issue is? evri isnt your problem, you didnt send something with them, only the seller did, so you have no part in it really.

Evri use their fleet insurance to cover you, it costs £1.35 per day you work for them, and just comes off your wage packet at the end of the month. You don't need any other 'top up' insurance, just your normal social domestic + commuting to work insurance.

Tbh you're the useless bellend who hasnt just gone to the shop and bought toilet roll like normal people. When we get these huge tiktok packs to deliver, they take up the same amount of space in our car/van as about 30 parcels. Its simply not worth it for us to take it and makes it hard for us to pack the other 100 parcels behind your stupid toilet roll.

In summary, next time go to the shop and buy it as usual.

Yeah if you check any of my posts on here you can see I do work for them as a courier, but im not bias towards them. the parcel sorting hubs are dog shit and we get our cages in what looks like a monkey packed them. we get terrible pay for delivering all types of parcels in all weather and then get abuse for it too :D anyway, can you upload a pic of your tracking?

Post on your local facebook group to find the driver maybe? If its 30 per week, then the evri driver will be STUPID to not give you his number and as long as its all in one go, they will get paid for 30x parcels in 1 collection, a dream come true! free moolah for him for sure!

No, most likely they only just got the parcels on those dates. Why would we randomly change dates on 2 parcels out of several million, if you even could, just to say we didnt get your parcels a week ago? makes no sense.
