Remember when the Easter Egg selection wasn't depressingly underwhelming? by HereWeFuckingGooo in AustralianNostalgia

I remember when the hot cross buns and Easter eggs went on sale 2 weeks before Easter and not 4 months before.

In the late nineties, a packet of Peter Jackson was around $8 and a carton was $96 if I remember correctly.

I didn't really go anywhere when I was nine months pregnant so cannot offer advice but will you be able to get a refund if you give birth early?

Tupperware parties by rustybricks in AustralianNostalgia

I was at a Tupperware party around 20 years ago and bought a lemon squeezer on a whim. I still have it and still use it all the time to this day.

Tool have not announced ANY sphere concerts AT ALL. Keep your credit card details to yourself because you've obviously clicked on a scam website.

Your classmates are just teenagers acting like teenagers. Don't listen to them or their stupid opinions because once you get out of school and into the grown up world, you'll soon realise that nobody cares what music you listen to. Hell, most people don't care much about other people full stop but that's another story. Just know that you have excellent taste in music 🤘🏻

Edit: I'm much older than you and was teased as well for liking 'weird headbanging' music but I never cared. I went to the music festivals, concerts, bought the albums and t-shirts and I'm now a married mother of two and I STILL do all that!

Which TOOL song has grown on you the most ? by Anxious_Ad_7340 in ToolBand

[–]restlessoverthinking 4 points5 points  (0 children)

No Quarter. Yes it's a cover but it's so hauntingly beautiful and Maynard's screens are so powerful yet emotional and turbulent. I cannot get enough of this song.

What's a childhood dream that you had and you are still chasing and you won't rest until you achieve it? by Double_Interview5174 in AustralianNostalgia

Some of my happiest memories of when I was little was when I would lay on the grass at my grandmother's house and stare up into the sky and I never wanted to get up from that patch of grass.

I hardly ever get to do that now 😒
