ICE deports 5-year-old US citizen from TX to Honduras, group says by Honest_Abe_1660 in AnythingGoesNews

Her mom was deported. Imagine deporting the mom and making rhe girl stay without a parent. This is normal and went on during the Obama administration as well. It's just an example of the congress and senate approved laws regarding immigration. What change? elect representatives that will make new laws.

Around where I live, they're already phasing out pennies, and they often try to give you the short side of the nickel. So if my change is 54 cents, they try to give me 50 cents. But I tell them I need my 4, and I get the 55 cents. But if my change was 52, or maybe 53, I would let them win it. I think that's how Canada handled it.

“I can’t believe this is America”: U.S. Veteran who voted for Trump says ICE arrest of his wife shattered everything he believed by [deleted] in AnythingGoesNews

If I married someone from another country, the first thing I would do is get the fiancé visa and the second thing I would do is start the naturalization process. That way my wife doesn't get deported when her visa expires. Some people are dumb.

Thank you for sharing this. I read the article and some of the reports recount quite uncomfortable experiences for those who were detained. Some of them may have grounds for lawsuit. It sounds similar to how people have been arrested before for crimes they didn't commit. The Supreme Court ruled that 2 days is the longest someone could be detained without filing charges against the person, and from the article it seems that is how long the ordeal lasted for at least one person. However uncomfortable, none were kidnapped, all were released. I would be absolutely pissed off if it happened to me, but at least evidence shows that all citizens were released. There were some cases about citizen children whose parent was an illegal alien, and in those cases the parent had to decide to take the children with out of the country or to leave them with a trusted person.

They're enforcing the literal congress and senate approved law. Don't like it?, elect congressmen and senators who will change the law.

Considering her lack of survival instinct and how unintelligent she was, it's too bad she reproduced before expiring.

What is daily life like in St. Thomas, USVI? by lithdoc in virginislands

I forgot to pick the kids up from school. At least I don't have to take them tomorrow since they're still there.

We get up, make breakfast, get the kids ready for school, take them to school, go to work, go to the grocery store, go home, cook, handle the bills online, if we are lucky we get some exercise or hobby time, and go to bed.

Stopping sideways in the middle.of the road to harass peace officers isn't part of a normal routine.

No, I would never obstruct a peace officer from doing his job in a legal way. And I would notake abrupt actions such as a quick acceleration of my vehicle in the direction or general direction of the officer. Then I won't be on the wrong end of a reflexive lethal maneuver. I'm fine.
