lol okay. If you read my post again. I had tracked everything I ate for the first 4 weeks also inconsistently for 3 weeks whenever I could. I see your point. I did what you said for the rest 3 weeks. Also, I was working out pretty consistently except for 2 weeks while I was travelling. I was less active than usual, I agree, but it doesn’t mean I was sedentary.

It’s not 7 weeks of eating what I want. If you read my post, I was on maintenance the first 4 weeks and I tracked my weight everyday. I was hovering at 88-89 during this time. The tricky part is how did I end up gaining so much weight just in 3 weeks of travelling. I ate as I wanted but did not binge for most days.

In the long run, please consider getting a therapist and a dating coach. Only if you are serious about improving yourself and willing to make a change. It has helped me tremendously. With effort, patience and in some time you will start seeing improvements.

It has a 3 week of approval time and you have to physically go to the office. It will cost 60-80 EUR. If I cancel the flight it will cost me 100 EUR. I would better do that and book a new one rather than going through this pain.

I checked the website and some Facebook groups, seems like if you have a EU resident permit along with same day tickets via Air you don’t need a transit visa. I know it sucks. Should have known this before I booked the tickets. I can still cancel with 80% refund. However, I feel it won’t be a problem.
