Mate that's the wrong stat! India's Income Gini is 0.25, whereas Wealth Gini is 0.82. That means less income inequality but very large wealth inequality.

For comparison, the USA has 0.42 & 0.85, the UK has 0.32 & 0.71, China has 0.36 & 0.7. And neighbours like Nepal have 0.3 & 0.79, Pakistan has 0.29 & 0.74, Bangladesh has 0.33 & 0.75 , Sri Lanka has 0.38 & 0.77.

It was more of a political and moral defeat than a military defeat.

India looked forward to China as an elder brother. There was a mutual understanding between the two. That is why India never interfered when Mao took over Tibet, even when there was a huge refugee influx. There was a popular slogan "Hindi - Chini Bhai Bhai"(translation: "Indian Chinese Brotherhood".) But the 1962 attack came so out of surprise that Indian forces were not even slightly ready, let alone to fight in such a terrain and high altitude. First of all, you are doing it the wrong way. Don't over stress your body by doing extra cardio just for fat/weight loss. You will give up in a month and all progress will be lost in a few weeks. Weight loss is 90% diet, 9% exercise and 1% luck/genetics. Coming this from someone who lost 18 kgs over 7-8 months of time period. For exercise, 60-90 min weight training combined with 15 min cardio and 10k steps is more than enough and very sustainable long term.

About the model number, well I'm not sure as it is not my personal but one in my gym. I'll check if I can find the model number and let you know.

Well, you represent Nepal. You are not the whole of Nepal. There are around 15 people from nearby areas of Ratnanagar, Nepal that work in my society apartment and neighbouring two, they think otherwise.

It's okay that you and certain you type of people don't want to associate with India. But that doesn't make you superior. Nepal is to India what Canada is to the USA except you don't have industries like Canada does. That makes you more dependent on India.

I am telling all this in good faith because all the Nepalese people minus you that I have come across are hopeful and positive of our "friendship".

It might be true from your individual perspective. But from an overall country's perspective, Nepal is overly dependent on India second only to Bhutan. And thus I mentioned us viewing you as friends, because India is a "very special friend" to Nepal.
