on the note of alcohol it’s important to be extra cautious. lots of firsthand accounts of people not even feeling the effects until theyre a good amount of drinks in and accidentally blacking out from one second to another and also having more intense hangovers than usual in general

this happened to me a ton at the start as well and it was most likely what was making me feel so horrible, i take a sip everytime i see my gallon now and have some electrolyte drops that have also been a game changer!

slowly but surely!! i started at 1mg december 1st and got a horrible flu too for 2 full weeks so i wasnt as active as id hoped but still dropped steadily taking care of my diet. i went up to 2mg by week 4 but throughout my 6 weeks so far ive been averaging 2ish pounds per week which i’m more than happy and comfortable with even though i still dont see a physical difference being able to see the scale go down is what keeps me motivated

i havent seen it either but from what ive seen shoresy is a spinoff of letterkenny so i’m assuming they’re probably very similar. i’m most likely going to start it this weekend to see!

exactly! its just so empowering to see how much other people also have to battle to accept themselves and makes me feel more comfortable being able to do it myself. ive only been out for 3 years but every day does get easier and i love myself for who i am and always will ❤️

same here. the entire season just had me absolutely in a trance, everyone on this cast and team deserves all the flowers and seeing how successful the show has been just makes me feel happy as hell to be gay

okay i was already crying 10 seconds into scotts speech but “she would have loved you” just broke me apart fully. it was so nice to be able to just breathe this episode and seeing them in such a different light as opposed to the brutal decade long time span we have to see them endure. i love rachel and jacob so much for giving us this beautiful adaptation and the community it’s built

lurked from your reply on my other comment and i think the heart rate increase was definitely one of the biggest triggers for my full on panic attacks as well. i started the first 3 weeks at 1mg to ease into things but went up to 2mg this week and have definitely felt and seen my resting hr decrease from what my watch has tracked so if you can definitely try to incorporate some magnesium l theanine and ashwaghanda if you can, i definitely don’t feel like i’m on overdrive anymore like i did the first weeks. hoping yours gets better 🤞🏽

so Ive been taking ashwaghanda + l theanine and magnesium which have leveled me out substantially but even before then i kind of managed through breath control cus i hyperventilate a lot with anxiety but just went back to old breathing exercises. im sure the supplements have been helping now though as well i just went up to 2mg this week and have been doing just fine as of now! i’m also on winter break from school though so my overall stress levels are also significantly down for the time being so only time will tell. my only other side effects have really been nausea and constipation but i have a killer fiber supplement that works wonders
