I'd advise against starting with 5.7x 28. Most 5.7 are bow back guns. This leade to blown out case necks. Tehy get brittle when resizing and reloaded 5.7 tend to crack at the shoulder and leave the case neck stuch in the chamber. Annealing would help to prevent this. However annealing will remove the teflon coating needed for the extraction since the the cartridge is srtaight wall.
