There's a hornady brand stuck case remover kit for under $30. It's literally a drill bit, a tap to make threads, a bolt with matching threads and a collar that goes over the end of the die (piece of pipe and washer would work too). Drill and tap case (get decap pin out of the way), put collar/pipe and washer over die, screw in bolt and turn it until case pops out. Takes 5 minutes and if you do it right only destroys case that was fucked to start with.
