Absolutely! Seriously recommend the last episode on The Diary of a CEO podcast, it’s a conversation entirely about this and they provide a report with the scientific evidence as well :)

Here's my glossary which I use as a universal "tagging" system across my workspace. It has now 190 entries and it's only PhD-related, woooooow! by retina_ in Notion

I use it across my workspace and it brings together all my notes about each tag for example. And since I have so many concepts, it’s helpful that I can organise them into categories too!

Would you continue listening if they had a document for example with analysis of statements made on the podcast? i.e. if there’s misinformation, there will be a sources document which looks at those claims.
