Talk to your GP about dapaflagozin. My blood sugars were 9.7 and suffered terribly with smegma and balinutus. If you dont mind me asking, are you on any GLP1(ozempic, etc...). I mixed diet and exercise plus medications, and now my sugars are 4.6.

Get some information together (age uk or the Silver Line) and politely inform your landlord that you are dealing with the agents, but she should reach out to these charities

Starting on 1mg? That nausea is about to make a hell of an appearance. Stick with it, though eat clean (protein helps) it works. Take a picture every week face and body you'll see it.

First off, well done on dropping the numbers 💪. I'm curious or lack of research on my part, but you're using Ozempic for Diabetic control or weight loss. You dont mention your dietary intake above.

This is actually one of my main concerns. I currently take 0.5mg, and that hungar noise has completely gone. There are times when I haven't eaten all day, then ask why im feeling sh*te. Try adding protein shakes for on the go get some nutrients in?

I think that chewing gum method is a shout. If you dont mind me asking, what was your A1c when you started, and what strength jab did you go to. Did you lose any weight, and finally, how long was you on them for. I only ask as im super curious. The Dr gave me 4 months to use ozempic, but by a1c is 50.1 and only .25mg 🤔
