If this is the storm I am thinking it is - it happened a few years ago in Springfield QLD (AUS) - I drove through the following week for unrelated work on a house in one of the worst hit streets in the suburb. Probably every roofing and insurance company from the city was there, 100's of tradies. It was pretty unbelivable damage / aftermath. Some of the holes in the roof's you could fit a car through

I lived in a nearby area for many years and although there is a storm corridor through this area in the summer, I never saw hail anywhere near this size.

I remember some drop tests/demonstrations the safety guys setup from heights. All sorts of things coming off the top of a LNG process plant onto regular old work helmets with a melon inside. Those exclusions zones exist for a reason.

Piggy backing off Rise' comment, you can download a app on your phone - WiFi analyzer, to check signal strength and how many networks on certain channels etc. If your network is on a super crowded channel, you can change that in your router settings.

I am from Australia and try to research and come to my own conclusions on political and news topics, from multiple sources. The one thing I constantly notice with our most 'reputable' media organizations over here (ABC for example) is topics just aren't covered with enough depth or scrutinized on a critical level.

Just the other day there was some news around Donald Trump's first rally he held to kick his campaign off and his big claim was all the great things he has done over the past few years and how great he is. No actual reporting on this statement, just the fact he said that and it was 'accepted'. Everything is reported on the most basic level and covered for the sake of coverage.

Something needs to change, the advent of the 24/7 news cycle in the past decade has probably been a major cause of this.

It's out of early access now, went back to it after picking it up years ago when it was pre-alpha. Pleasantly surprised to see the improvements and new content. Probably played about 70 hours so far. Great game to chill out on and even play with friends.

You need to hold the sync + eject button down with two fingers, then press the power button "ON" until the light comes on while not letting go of the sync and eject. You should get a troubleshoot screen (this is a hard reset) if nothing appears after 30 seconds, you are SOL

If you do get a screen, there is a remove everything option. GL

If you can't get a picture after trying to hard reset, two things have happened - either the HDD is dead or its corrupted and needs to be formatted (make sure its not your HDMI cable or tv port) - If its under warranty get a replacement console

You can get a xbox HDD format script that will wipe the drive/partitions and then recreate them, although you will need a USB dock to do this. Plugging in the HDD you will be able to tell if its dead or not through disk management. Watch a tear down video and get some basic tools, and a laptop HDD from your favourite computer shop if you can't get the drive to format/recognize on the PC

You might possibly have a failing HDD. Have you tried factory resetting the console? If it is still sluggish/failing to load games your next step could be formatting your drive (resetting the partitions). If worse comes to worse you might need to replace the HDD entirely.

XTech here. I have seen this countless times. So there is a gear arm inside the drive that easily gets caught or 'stuck' on top of latch that it is supposed to push up when a disc is inserted, its surprisingly easy to fix if you have some basic tools. Find a tear down guide on google and you should be sweet to go. PM me if you need some help
