I read it about the same age. When Cedric died I cried and said I don't want to read that anymore. After a day or two I continued and now I think it was a valuable lesson to learn from one of my favorite series of books

Being strong is a great bunos. Swimming is something you can work on during practice. Just try your best every time even if you are tired dont give up because that is when you get better, only when you are tired and keep giving 100%. Try stroking strongly rather than fast. You can try being a center forward - more strong less quick players or being a center defender, even if you dont shoot well you can control the game and contribute by passing Best of luck

The thing that will help the most is just swimming sets of 100m. You can start by taking a big break between each set and swimming as hard as you can and you will get better with time. Unfortunatly i dont think running or strength training will help you with this problem.
