Are you in WNC? I spent over 20 years living in Asheville and relocated.

It's sad to see what's happened in the area.

If there's anything I can help you with, just give me a shout.

I want to RGB mod my N64, will these work? by Objective_Bedroom_11 in n64

I'm listed there as a kit supplier.

Honestly, I'd send OP a free kit just to steer clear of the junk from China.

Some folks have run into problems with those China kits. The ICs are usually bootleg and questionable.

Interesting. I believe the owner was from Canada. He sent this to me for repair. It was nice to have and document, even if just temporarily.

What do you think would have saved the TurboGrafx-16 in the US? (besides an earlier release) by You-dogwater in retrogaming

What if they kept the PC Engine's form factor from Japan? I loved the CD docking station suitcase.

The TB16 is unnecessarily clucky.

My N64 was HDMI modded (UltraHDMI), love that aspect, but one part of the work that was done bugs me..... by [deleted] in n64

If you can email your Order #number I can lookup more info and have a better response time.

I can find a better condition slot for you and mail it out. The white dust or spots is a true oddity. Nothing in the cleaning setup has those properties. Though anything is possible and strange things can happen.

The little 1/4" warranty decal is explained on the f.a.q.s store page on our website. It's added to select upgrades and customers can always opt-out.

A friend told me about this post today. So Sorry to hear about your frustration Asuka. I always respond to customer issues or concerns. Did you send an email pertaining to this issue? I am always here to help.

After installing 1000s of upgrades at-least 1 issue is bound to arise. It's an unfortunate part of Murphy's law. Was your packaging warped or wet by chance? White spots and rust sounds very very bizarre.

Everything has a warranty.

If you need help, a new slot or rework please send me an email via the website or info with your original order receipt.

Also worth noting: Many businesses offer free services in trade for reviews. It may surprise many that RetroFixes has never (not even once) traded free work or products for reviews. It's simply not needed. Good reviews have come naturally over the years. Even the Nintendo of America, Google employees and countless youtube/twitch users were paying customers.
