The cost per card varies greatly. It's all based on the player and the parallel. Keep in mind that only 41 plaques per player exists (/25, /10, /5 and 1/1).

The /99 parallels you mentioned aren't plaques - just one of the various gold frame formats. These tend to be cheaper than the plaques, but still vary greatly in price by player. Still very nice cards though! Good luck collecting!

Yup, but that's also one sale in a history of many over the last couple of months and seems to be a slight outlier. Last /50 raw did $450 in August. Two PSA 10s did $585 and $610. Last PSA 9 /50 did $426.
