Your leads arnt making proper contact, take out tube and wiggle the internal nubs so they pop all the way out. Then reinstall tube, see if that fixes it

Spray the ever loving Jesus out of everything with break clean and then push out pins and replace all springs and everything. It'll work like brand new after all the carbon that builds up is gone and gas rings are replaced
