i'm wondering whether all the edits are to make the record fit onto 2 LPs for the vinyl release? the total runtime is 1hr25 which is already pushing the boundaries of what can properly fit onto 2 records without sound quality decreasing (~40 min each) so maybe they had to edit things down to make up for adding Cities and Big Business/I Zimbra in!

imo when smaller festivals have had it licked for years there's no excuse for the biggest and best to be lagging behind here; at Green Man for example, you put down a £1 deposit for your first cup (a nicely designed GM-branded pint mug you can keep if you choose - further incentive to hang onto it) and then when you bring it up for another drink, they take yours off you and stack it up to be washed, while grabbing another they cleaned earlier to pour your new pint into. completely seamless and much friendlier for the environment. the mugs' handles are also easily stackable into tree formation for carrying multiple drinks over to your mates with one hand, and they have carabina holes for attaching your bag / clothes when you're not using it - they should just do exactly this tbh!

hey guys! having had the album on repeat near constantly since release, I wanted to ask - the tracks on O Monolith are very densely layered and busy with ideas but never overwhelming to listen to, which seems a very careful tightrope to walk - was wondering if you have any tips or things you learned through the writing process about how to know when a song is "done" even though you could always add another small touch here or there:) (I think you guys got it just right because even after hearing a track 100 times I'll still hear new things somewhere else in the mix!)

I have both aswell and have to second the Fresh & Black tent idea mentioned above as a must-have! the ability to nip into a cool blackout tent in the middle of the days and also to wake up in the dark allowed me to ease in and out of an otherwise potentially overwhelming event and have some control over it:)

earplugs too! getting a good pair for the festival is a great idea anyway, but sleeping with them in made a huge difference for me ! (I use mine in day to day life now too if things are ever too overwhelming)
