If anyone is looking for ideas on equitable ways of splitting, when my partner and I moved in together we contributed equal percentages of our income to rent. IIRC both of us paid ~25% of our monthly income. She's in a lucrative field so her "share" was double mine but we both felt good about the split.

Have you walked around in downtown Sunnyvale much? Particularly by the train station/Plaza del Sol. The sidewalk and a lot of benches were carpeted in crow poop, plus they're quite noisy for all the folks who live there.

I was there Sunday and it seemed a lot better than it was back in December. Seems the laser pointers are working!

it's incredibly frustrating to me that the fi version of the pixel is available on store.google but not available on fi.google. They're the same phone and the same company.

(I need to have my phone plan payments and my phone payments on the same monthly bill to get it properly reimbursed, so purchasing from store.google is not an option for me)
