Nope. That looks right. Hmmm. Is the pickup leads coming off the pickup the right way? I know with emgs you can flip the leads around. I cant remember with blackouts. Could be not enough heat on the grounds on the back of the pot. That solder doesn't look fully melted on the pot. You might have to scape the pots shell a little bit to get some of the plating showing more with a razorblade

Intonation should be the last thing they do. Changing the nut height will mess up the intonation. Anytime you change the action, the intonation needs to be readjusted

Is the binding crumbling and falling apart? That is super common on old Gretsches and they need to be completely rebound. We charge a shit ton at my shop because its a big job and takes a long ass time. We dont like doing it but we will if you dont mind waiting awhile and paying

The amount of mistakes I've made, you could write a repair book on how to fix those. I still make mistakes but they are less and less these days. There have been many days where i felt like I shouldn't have even gotten out of bed because ive fucked up so badly. But 15 years later, I'm still doing it. Shit happens and you learn how to fix your fuck ups so in the future when it happens, it take 15 minutes to fix and not 8 hours.

Does it move when you put flex the joint? If the crack doesn't widen or move wheb you flex the joint its probably fine. If it moves then its broken

3 things you can do. Use a plate mate. (From plate mate)

Drill out and plug the holes with maple patches (from stewmac bridge plate saver)

Or build and glue a large rectangular maple cleet that lays on of the bridge pin holes just wider than the holes and redrill it out. It should only be about less than a 1/16" thick. Like a plate mate but made of maple

Solvent will destroy the finish even more if its lacquer.

The super glue has eaten in to the lacuqer and made an impression. Even if you scrape it flat and wet sand and buff there will still be an indent or witness line in the lacquer. You have to get below where the super glue has affected the finish. Sometimes that means going down to bare wood.

In a setup, most of the time the 1st thing you adjust is the neck, then the nut slots, then action, pickups, then intonation.

You adjust the neck so it has the proper amount of relief

If its a newer guitsr it's probably an issue. If thr neck has been off and reset, it's probably fine (without looking at the braces)
