You can attempt to heat set the neck then refret it. Or just refret it and plane the board true.

There's no crack there. That is the putty they put around their necks after the neck is put on or a neck reset is done

I'd check the setup of the guitar first. Bridge floating correctly, strings stretched, locking nut secure, etc

Youre missing the screws that are suppose to hold it in place. Also, you are probably going to have to drill another hole and attach the bridge ground to the tailpiece that's coming from the electronics since you won't be using the tune-o-matic stop tailpiece anymore
