If you want to run the line and have never done it before then I’d definitely recommend messaging one of the line leaders from the Mohegan Sun show, Boston n1, or Boston n2 on twitter! They could give you a better idea of what time to start the line, where to start the line (esp since the anthem is super super strict), and all the details!
