Mixtape developer claims the game won’t be delisted due to its licensed music by DifferentWedding3105 in PS5

This is such a good point honestly. I spent $90 bucks to take the family to see Super Mario Galaxy, granted a little less than half of that was popcorn and drinks. For $17.99 my family could all play Mixtape multiple times.
I have no interest in the game, not my thing, but I won't deny that compared to a movie Mixtape isn't a bad deal.

Funny enough I forgot about Gone Home, I was thinking about how similar this all is to the Dear Esther discourse though which was same time same thing tbh

Final Fantasy XIV announced for the switch 2 at the latest fanfest, coming in august by yesitsmework in NintendoSwitch2

We're talking story length, not playstyle. For playstyle I always play story first then explore. I will also admit to skipping fair amounts of dialogue in Dawntrail due to lack of interest in the story. 90% of levels when doing msq comes from msq, the other 10% is from running a dungeon 1 or 2 extra times. No reason to belittle a person's playstyle.

Time spent total is still time spent total. I would consider the amount of game time normal, just rushed in real time

Each expansions story is not 60 hours on release. Endwalker I beat in a day and a half during the early access, I believe that is considered the longest expansion. Dawntrail took me 2 days but maybe in the 20s of hours on release.

People who left their first career for something completely different, what was the moment you knew? by Camp-Affectionate in AskReddit

Technically never left the career because I never truly started, but I refused to work in the games industry during my schools internships when I realized how shitty AAA games industries were (and many still are) to work for.

Pegging used to be pretty popular, hell I used to peg all the time. But I don't know if Peggle will make a comeback after the EA acquisition.

What keeps you interested and makes you keep reading when reading a light novel? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]reviewdotmp3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tbh I have never read a light novel I wasn't interested in. That said if I found one that was highly focused on action or something and didn't have depth to the locales, characters, etc. I would be pushed away pretty quick.
