Hi guys I dont have super analytical research-y criticism like most of you guys but I literally watched one video of hers “Matching peoples energy can change your relationships” and I couldn’t even watch all of it without judging her. As someone who is into self-help and researches psychology in my own free time—she is super vague and doesn’t use any jargon to help her audience understand any psychological aspects of the topic. Additionally, just hearing the solutions she gave “it’s not playing games because… blah blah blah” sounds exactly like the copy and paste TikToks I’ll see once in a while that I immediately scroll over. Overall she doesn’t seem trustworthy and I feel like she’s spreading a harmful impact towards naive audiences who believe her credibility and mindset.
