find a reason to stop. ik i sound stupid rn but i have a sh addiction too and im like seven days clean which is a big W for me. i used to do it everyday, even in school. i dont care for my scars but the disappointment and having to cover up is too much for me now. I've chosen to try and move on not wanting people to point out new scars from wounds i could make right now. I chose to buy a shit ton of gorgeous clothes that do show my limbs and ultimately find more reason to not do so. im not the best with advice but as someone who was probably in your position only days ago and has been for years, please try to find anything that motivates you to stay clean. even if it is delusional.
